Este componente es fundamental para el control preciso de la mezcla aire-combustible. Estos sensores calefaccionados contienen un elemento calentador que les permite alcanzar r\u00e1pidamente la temperatura \u00f3ptima de funcionamiento tras el arranque del motor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <strong>m\u00f3dulo de control del motor (ECU)<\/strong> monitorea la resistencia del calentador. Si detecta un valor por debajo del umbral esperado, activa este c\u00f3digo OBDII. La mayor\u00eda de los sensores calefaccionados modernos tienen una resistencia de entre 5 y 14 ohmios. Una lectura fuera de este rango, o la ausencia total de continuidad, confirma que el calentador est\u00e1 defectuoso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n se deben revisar los fusibles y rel\u00e9s relacionados con el sistema de calefacci\u00f3n del sensor. Sin embargo, puede aumentar el consumo de combustible, dificultar los arranques en fr\u00edo y causar un funcionamiento ineficiente del sistema de emisiones.
